Orchard Christian Church's Purpose

Our purpose is to see people saved, healed, and restored in Christ Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit, and to help prepare people to change their world for Christ by modeling the life and love of Christ Jesus in others.

That purpose will be accomplished by:

Teaching

Providing instruction and inspiration through the Word of God
(2 Timothy 2:15; Hebrews 4:12-13).

Equipping

Developing people for the work of ministry and providing ministry opportunities
(1 Corinthians 3:5-6; Ephesians 2:10; Ephesians 4:11-16).

Worshipping

Exalting the Lord for His unfailing love through complete surrender to the Father’s will
(Luke 9:23; Romans 12:1-2).

Reaching

Changing our community and the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ
(Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).
